Model the pack architecture

Enter the single-unit price and cost, then layer in fee rate, fulfilment, pack size, and discount. The result shows whether the pack improves economics or just makes a weaker order look more exciting.

Single-unit selling price The normal selling price of one unit outside the pack. Unit cost Direct unit cost shared across single and pack orders. Fee rate % Payment or marketplace drag applied to the selling price. Single-order fulfilment cost Pick-pack, postage, and handling for a single-unit order. Pack size How many units sit inside the pack. Pack discount rate % Discount applied to the combined list value of the pack. Extra fulfilment per added unit Incremental fulfilment cost for each additional unit in the pack.

Pack order contribution = Pack selling price - Pack fees - Total unit cost - Pack fulfilment

Contribution lift vs singles = Pack contribution - (Single-order contribution × Pack size)
